This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to:

  • Deepen their self-knowledge

  • Make more informed decisions and take meaningful actions

  • Achieve better alignment between their goals, decisions, and actions

Through an experiential approach and a personal questionnaire, participants will identify their essential goals and key challenges, enabling them to create an action plan tailored to their reality.

  • Understanding the 14 goals

  • Classifying them using various criteria and framework

  • Developing a personalized  action plan

Module 2

Integrate my motivations and personality traits into my daily actions

This workshop is designed for anyone looking to:

  • Strengthen self-connection by identifying activities and contexts that bring energy and joy to daily life.

  • Uncover personalized strategies to recharge their emotional batteries.

Engage in practical and enjoyable experiments to explore the dynamics of Primary Motivations (Primary Personalities) using the NeuroCognitive and Behavioral Approach (ANC).

  • Primary Motivations:

    • What is it about ?

  • The different types of motivations

  • Identification of personal primary motivations

  • Personal action strategies

Module 3

Exploration of personality questionnaires, including the Big Five model (five-factor framework) and emotional skills assessments, to evaluate and gain insight into various aspects of personality and emotional behavior.

This stage of the training will include:

  • Contributions of theoretical knowledge.

  • Opportunities for self-diagnosis and personal reflection, such as through individual questionnaires.

Conclusions and perspectives for action

  • Personal Action Plan: Creation of a customized and focused action plan designed to apply the knowledge gained and implement new practices for improvement and growth.
