This training offers participants ways to:

  • to deepen their knowledge of self-esteem : Allow participants to acquire a deeper and scientifically supported understanding of self-esteem through an in-depth exploration of the 9 dimensions that make it up. This advanced knowledge aims to provide a solid foundation for self-assessment and personal development.

  • to integrate experienced tools and strategies to develop self-esteem : Through individual and group exercises, specific tests, and the application of methods such as "The Ruler" from Yale University and restructuring cognitive, participants will learn to identify and manage their emotions and beliefs that influence their self-esteem. The goal is to provide them with personalized strategies to continually improve their self-esteem.
